As a Mergers & Acquisitions specialist (M&A), Bradley has learnt how to maximise enterprise value through growing from operator to investor.

Beginning his career as a finance professional in the corporate world, he started with Morgan Stanley, before joining a £12m revenue construction business which he helped grow to £150m and successfully exit as Group CFO.

It was at this point Bradley discovered that most business owners are struggling, and not even planning for, their own succession and exit from their business. They have just not been shown or aware of how a business owner can leverage their company to create a life changing capital event through a business sale.

Fuelled by a desire to help others learn this “secret”, Bradley took to the global stage to maximise outreach, with the goal of reaching as many business owners within the construction sector as possible, in showing them how they can create a life changing capital event through a business sale that gives them true financial wealth and life freedom.

Today, his investments through his own private equity, Peak Capital Group, have resulted in acquisitions that Bradley has deliberately kept simple, pain free and collaborative within the construction industry. This has so far created a construction sector group of £100m+ revenue and growing.

Bradley says that he feels blessed to have started to build a reputation as a highly sought after speaker, mentor and business investor.

The ambitions for his group heading into 2026 are to list on the stock exchange, which will then begin the next chapter of Bradleys business journey.
